My name is Lady Aminata Nephthys, and I am the owner of the House on Sage Hill. I am contacting you with regards to a proposal that I am offering to guests of select reputation. You see, I am in the midst of preparing my house to be sold, but rather than seeking out an agent, I would like to express my desire to give it away to the right person.  I am hoping you might be the lucky recipient, but I must confess that I do not know you as well as I’d like.
